Assistant Food and Beverage Manager
- Ensure that standards for the quality and execution of all food & beverage service are maintained. - Monitor the performance of all rank & file staff in his/her area of responsibility. = Responsible for the general supervision of cleanliness, maintenance and repairs. - Responsible for the maintenance of Public Health standards, Grooming Policy and Hygiene guidelines. - Perform duties as assigned by the Food Director. - Supervise al food and beverage functions. - Assist the Food Director in the review of all food, service, beverage and hotel supplies related costs and consumptions. - Maintain up-to-date inventory if all food, wine, spirits and hotel supplies delivered to the ship. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: - Must have a Degree in hotel/catering business. - Must have at least 2 years of Food & Beverage related working experience inland based five-star establishment. - Must have at least 2 years of shipboard F&B management experience with an upscale cruise line. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: - Ability to work odd hours and on weekends. - Ability to work under pressure and handle stress Conditions for Employment Only Green card holders or US Citizens can be considered for this Position.
