Position requires a minimum of two years administrative or fulfillment experience and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Responsibilities include overseeing fulfillment houses in North America, serving as primary contact for couriers and shipments, updating web ordering system, inventory reports, and new material announcements. Additional responsibilities include maintaining updated sample book of collateral materials, purchase requisitions and invoices, serving as primary contact to Inside Sales regarding collateral materials and fulfillment, coordinating travel arrangements and other general administrative support duties. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced multi task environment, have excellent presentation skills, and be a detail oriented team player with a positive attitude. Must also be available for international or domestic travel and have an excellent command of the English language both verbal and written; French or Spanish is a plus. A college degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience required.
